Living With Fire, Rooted in Resilience
Living with Fire, Rooted in Resilience is a place-based program offered by Ecosystem Restoration Artistry Systems to prepare homes and communities for wildfire while honoring fire’s ecological role. As climate shifts intensify fire risk across the Pacific Northwest, we provide property assessments, structural hardening services, and ecological guidance for homes in the Wildland-Urban Interface (WUI).
Informed by best practices from Ecosystem Restoration Camps, CalFire, Indigenous fire stewardship, and regenerative forestry, this program helps homeowners mitigate risks and restores balance. Our team of trained technicians evaluates vulnerabilities, helps identify and source fire-resilient plants, installs ember-resistant features, and offers community education grounded in Traditional Ecological Knowledge (TEK) and the latest fire science.
